Founded in 1896, Norwood Crossing (formerly Norwood Park Home) now includes Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing Care, Rehabilitation Services and Respite Services. Located on the Northwest side of Chicago, Norwood Crossing is surrounded by a tree-lined neighborhood of gracious Victorian homes, friendly neighbors and a beautiful community park. We're very easy to find and well-located near major roadways and public transportation including the Metra commuter railroad.

In fact, the Inside Guide to America's Nursing Homes rated Norwood Crossing as one of 'the best nursing homes in Illinois'.
