Norwood Crossing is also home to older adults in need of short or long-term skilled nursing care. Some residents stay at Norwood Crossing for a short time while they build up their strength and regain abilities after a hospitalization. Others make us their home.

Our multi-disciplinary team includes professional nurses and nursing assistants who are truly committed to providing 24-hour nursing home care for residents with their central focus on each resident’s well-being. Our social workers and chaplain are available to meet with residents upon their request. Numerous volunteers come from around Chicago to visit and befriend residents every week. In addition, you'll have access to our wide array of Life Enrichment activities.
